I normally park near the subway stop that's one station away from Citi Field. That's 111th Street.

I leave my car there in the morning when I go to work. Then I take the train to the game after work.

I have an unlimited metrocard so I usually get back on the train & go the one stop to Citi Field but in years passed I would always walk to the ballpark.

It's a short 10 minute walk tops.

That neighborhood is called Corona. I believe technically Citi Field like Shea Stadium is really located in Corona as well.

They always refer to the area as Flushing but that's by Main St. which is the first and last stop on the 7 train.

Citi Field is the second stop and 111th Street is the third stop. Just so you know the general area.

As for the actual parking areas, the subway runs along Roosevelt Ave. which is the equivalent to 40th Ave. for parking purposes.

I usually park by 111th Street & 41st Ave, 42nd Ave. and/or 43rd Ave.

In addition, you can park on the streets there which run down from 111th Street to 114th Street.

Citi Field like Shea Stadium is located at 126th Street & Roosevelt Ave.

So if someone is walking to the game, they should try to park closer to 114th Street so they have a shorter walk.

Where ever they see a spot they can just park as long there's no driveway or a fire hydrant.

You can google the area to get a better idea if you want to.

Furthermore, there's also parking available by Northern Blvd. which is near the highway that goes to Citi Field.

Other areas are by 114th Street and 34th Ave.

There's additional streets there too that you can park on the street.

With all the technology today, it's hard to get lost.

If you need more info, please let me know.
